Refractory castable gunning machine is specially designed for refractory castable material. Compared with common dry mix shotcrete machines, have some outstanding features: low rebound, low dust, reduced additive water amount, improved refractory compactness and strength, and could effectively reduce the waste of refractory materials. This point is very important to the end user, as we all know, refractory castable materials' price is higher than common concrete, so saving refractory castable materials is equivalent to saving the cost of production.

Gaode Equipment as a castable gunning machine supplier has developed two different output castable gunning machines, GZ-3ER (3m3/h) and GZ-5ER (5m3/h). Every model refractory gunning machine has been equipped with an ABB frequency converter, a high-pressure water pump, and a new type of pre-dampening nozzle. ABB frequency converter could adjust the motor speed and control the output, on the other hand, it could avoid clogging the hose due to excessive output when starting. A high-pressure water pump could provide high-pressure water for the gunning machine, when going through the water ring hole atomization, could make water and refractory castable materials fully mixed with refractory pre-wet. In the new type of pre-dampening nozzle, there are two needle valves to control two water lines. The operator could adjust the needle valve to precise control of the water amount, if so, greatly reduces operator proficiency requirements.
