Dry mix concrete spraying machine for swimming pool
The spray bath is the most common design in most parts of the United States. And gunite machine is usually used for swimming pool. In the construction of these swimming pools, the construction team digs a pit, lays the pipe, and then uses a 1 cm of steel assembly frame. Reinforcement spacing of about 25 cm, with metal wire, fixed together. After the frame was installed, the construction team sprayed a thick layer of cement mortar (a mixture of cement and sand) around the steel bar. The jet will stir the dry cement mortar into the water before making the spray, making the wet concrete material.
The construction team will smooth the cement mortar and allow the cement mortar to dry for about a week, then apply a smooth outer coating on a rough surface. The mortar (actually a mixture of cement and marble sand) is the most commonly used outer coating, but many people use special concrete paint to paint the pool. The smooth surface of the spray bath can be a tile, exposing the aggregate or even a glass fiber. Spraying ponds (and similar sprayed concrete ponds) are very durable and can be built into any shape or size.
